Wants to become an AI-frontrunner in their industry
120 employees

What we did: Overview
Delivered the usual hands-on "AI-Enabled Workforce Workshop" to give the team a common language to talk about AI, and empower the team to distinguish between hype and reality
Interviewed key team members throughout the company to understand the typical workflow for various roles, to understand the product, and its implementation
Identified 45 opportunities to leverage AI to save costs and increase productivity
Shared a step-by-step playbook for each of these opportunities including practice challenges
Developed a personalised 30-day roadmap for each individual employee
Developed a 3-month AI roadmap for each team
Developed a 1-year AI roadmap for the overall organisation
Produced a comprehensive 100+ handbook that became the foundations of their AI strategy
All of this was completed within a 2-week duration, taking no more than 12 hours of time from the team
Delivering the "AI-Enabled Workforce Workshop"
The "AI-Enabled Workforce Workshop" is the starting point for any company to put AI to work.
It is designed to:
Ensure that the team understands what AI actually is, so they can separate what's possible from what's fantasy
Give everyone a common language to talk about AI and how to apply it
Give hands-on practice with essential AI systems that can be applied broadly including pro-tips
Highlight case-studies of how similar organisations have applied AI to reduce costs and increase productivity
Demystify relevant AI regulation and data compliance (current and upcoming)
The workshop is always recorded and made available to the company for future reference and for future employee onboardings.
Creating an internal ChatGPT-style oracle that can answer product questions based on a knowledge base, assisting with product knowledge and FAQs during calls
Automatically prioritising and categorising at-risk accounts from the CRM based on client timeline notes and interactions

Implemented a TTYD (talk to your data) system allowing (especially newly onboarded) engineers to faster onboard to the codebase by asking questions about it, and having the system tour them around
Provided a recipe and boilerplate code for how to implement a prompt input box for the user to control the web app by simply asking for what they want, rather than having them overcome the learning curve of how to navigate the user interface
