1. We run an initial "AI Enabled Workforce Workshop"
The "AI Enabled Workforce Workshop" aims to achieve the following things for your team: Demystify what AI actually is to allow your team to distinguish between what's hype and what's real, and provide a common language by definining essential terminology Provide a step-by-step framework for how to approach becoming AI-Enabled Upskill your team on broadly applicable AI systems and provide hands on practice Highlight relevant AI regulation and data compliance guidelines and ways to abide by them The workshop often covers*: What actually is AI? What's hype, what's real? Essential definitions in AI to get everyone talking the same language Hand-picked, industry relevant case studies Identifying AI opportunities within your role Fundamental training on using ChatGPT (and other chat LLMs) Other notable AI systems for everyday use Data and privacy controls on the most useful AI systems Prompting engineering essentials A checklist of prompting techniques for the AI-Enabled Employee Hands-on practice: prompt engineering Getting the most out of Microsoft Copilot Building custom GPTs as role-specific AI assistants Building custom GPTs that can use your workplace tools Emerging updates on AI regulation in your industry * Due to the nature of tailoring each workshop to each client, the agenda may vary Throughout the workshop, your team will complete "worksheets" These worksheets help us to understand: How each attendee spends their time on which different tasks The organisation's current level of: AI Understanding AI Utilisation AI Opportunity Data & regulatory awareness and compliance The workshop takes only three hours on one day, with two short breaks.
2. We deep-dive into the business
Following the initial workshop, and having reviewed all of the worksheets completed throughout, we have a good idea of how your team spends their valuable time, how your company makes money, and what's important to you strategically. Next, we drill-down into the specifics by interviewing key members of your team to understand their workflow and your product inside-out. This takes less than two weeks. From this, we gather key information that will help us to design the final comprehensive report described in the next section.
3. We produce step-by-step playbooks for your teams
Finally, we produce a comprehensive report. This report: Summarises all of the opportunities identified in the AI Opportunity Audit Forms the foundations of your team's AI adoption strategy. Paints a vision of what your company would be capable of once AI-Enabled Includes a prioritised breakdown of opportunities to leverage AI across the roles and teams of the organisation Includes step-by-step playbooks that show how to implement these opportunities whilst avoiding the usual pitfalls For example: "How to implement a RAG system to talk to your documents" Includes references to written/video training material For example: "Pro-tips to write 20% more code using GitHub Copilot" Overall company scores to benchmark your organisation's level of AI understanding, utilisation, opportunity, and understanding and following of relevant data & regulatory compliance We'll also send a personalised email to each employee, containing exactly what they need to read from the report. On top of everything detailed above, the individually-personalised report includes: Personalised scores to benchmark the individual's AI understanding, utilisation, opportunity (in their specific job), and how well they understand and follow data & regulatory compliance. A personalised roadmap of video/written training material, and a learning schedule to follow We find that this personalised summary helps adoption as the highlighted sections are all relevant and engaging to their specific situation.
